Jonathan’s sixth time directing the Institute of Directors Annual Convention at the Albert Hall was the usual high-profile event, with the additional factor of keeping pre-election ‘balance’: so we had big names from all three major political parties as well as the usual high-achieving entrepreneurs, inspirational speakers, Olympic gold medal winners and so on... Technically, the set was a 10m wide HD projection with graphics and VTs inserted by an Encore controller and live cameras from an OB truck outside the building. This was the day of ‘bigot-gate’ so Peter Mandelson attracted a lot of media attention!
